This decision was taken during the Tamil representatives conference held at the Oslo city in Norway on 27th -29th of July. For the past six decade’s number of genocide attacks , land grabbing’s and cultural attacks were increased against Tamil people in SriLanka.
This was the correct time to inform and stress international communities and other powers about problems of Tamil people in their motherland. At the conference it was decided establishing sovereignty Tamil Eelam is the one and only solution to end up racist attacks of Sinhala government in the country.
Tamil organizations present at the conference agreed to work united to take over the future above activities. Representatives from the Canadian Tamil National Forum, Norway Eelam Tamil Forum, Denmark Tamil Forum, France Tamil Eelam People Forum, Italy Eelam Tamil People Forum, Holland Eelam Tamil People Forum, Swiss Eelam Tamil Forum, German Eelam Tamil People Forum, Britain Tamil Forum, Tamil Youth Organisation- New-Zeeland and Tamil Cultural society Belgium were also present at this conference. | 
Tamil organizations promised to work together to establish Tamil Eelam without political, economic and cultural differences.
