During his two-day visit, the President is expected to hold bilateral talks with the Cuba's president Raul Castro and also with several other Cuban leaders.
It was unclear whether President would hold discussion with Fidel Castro.
Following his visit to Cuba, President Rajapaksa is reportedly slated to attend the Rio+20, the United Nations conference on Sustainable Development, in Brazil. This conference scheduled to hold till 22nd of June.
