Senthan Thiagarajah appeared before "Nadi" magistrate charged with three counts of being in possession of false documents namely a fake Indian passport, fake British passport, fake Air Pacific boarding pass for New Zealand and being in possession of a device for making forgeries.
It is alleged that when he arrived from Sri Lanka he checked in for a Hong Kong flight. However, he did not board the flight.
It is alleged that later he checked in for a New Zealand flight using a fake boarding pass.
Authorities were alerted and a search was conducted on him where they found fake documents. His plea has been deferred and case adjourned to July 9. |
