Protest stage against Mannar bishop at Eravur area in Batticaloa district today. Recently Bishop of the Mannar district condemns the resettlement activities of Muslim people in the Mannar area.
This protest leads by the senior member of the all island Muslim congress and the former minister of the eastern province M.S.Subair.
During the time of protest protesters urge bishop not to intervene in to the resettlement activities of northern Muslim people.
A group of residents from the Eravur area present at the protest, sources said.
