Twenty-three Tamil Nadu fishermen, arrested by Navy on July 22 for straying into Sri Lankan waters, have been released, today.
The Indian High Commission was making all arrangements for their return, Krishna said at a joint press interaction with his Indonesian counterpart Marty M Natalegawa in Delhi.
Arrested Indian fishermen detained at the Anurathapura prison brought uo to the Mannar sea show today.
He said the fishermen were expected to arrive in Rameswaram either today or tomorrow.
These fishermen were detained in the prison for 15 days.
