20 pounds worth of jewelries robbed at Nallur festival

IGP of the Jaffna district Erick Perera stated 20 pounds worth of gold jewelries had been robbed during the festive season of Nallur Temple.
IGP urge the support of public to carry out their security services in the temple premises.
Police stated robbers from the other part of the country have arrived to Nallur Temple. At present 600 police officials have deployed in the security. Another 150 security officials would be appoint to the security IGP said.
