Two watched LTTE video footage arrested in Trincomalee

A memory card containing a 6 minute LTTE war video was seized and two men suspected to be former LTTE members were arrested by the Muthur police in Trincomalee area.
The memory card was seized while the suspects were watching the video.In addition to the memory card the suspects had in their possession cash to the value Rs.50,000.
The arrested were residents from the Pathanapuram area in Muthur.
Muthur police terrorist investigation unit is conducting further investigations. It was also suspect these suspects would be former LTTE members and fail to undergo for rehabilitilitation programme.
