Protest in front of Indian commission in Colombo - Effigies of Karunanithi and Sambanthan burnt

The protest was staged opposite the Indian High Commissioner's official residence and was organized by the Federation of National Organizations.

This protest was organised by the members of National Patriotic Movement and several other members of racist parties.

Protesters burned the effigies of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.Karunanithia and also leader of the Tamil National Alliance R.Sambanthan.

 Protesters are demanding the Eelam Summit in India be called off and they pointed out that India should stop its unnecessary inference in Sri Lanka.

Leader of the National Patriotic movement Gunadasa Amarasekara were also present at this protest.

National Patriotic Movement blamed once again India as proved its double stance . Earlier Indian central government banned the word of Eelam in the TESO conference but however later on they have granted the permission this regard.

Addressing the protest leader of the National Patriotic movement Gunadasa Amarasekara stated ,

Earlier Indian supplied weapons for Tamil people and work hard to establish Tamil Eelam however they were unable to achieve victory in this process. Today they are hoping to make dominations in the economy of  SriLanka.

SriLanka is a sovergenity nation. We urge India not to make unnecessary interference on SriLanka.

When President Mahinda Rajapaksa bow his head towards economic interference of Indian he would face difficulties to take over future ruling in this country.

We are not interested to send him home. We urge president to be polite in this issue.

We urge India not to grant permission to hold TESO conference in the country. Indian should not intervene in to the Lankan issue. SriLanka is not a province of India.

Western nations have made blame of war crime allegations against SriLanka and hopes to hopes to produce president before the international criminal court.
Gunadasa Amarasekara also stated western nations hopes to establish 13th amendment in this country and cerate Tamil Eelam fro Tamil people in this country.
