President appoints Emelda Sukumar as secretary to the Ministry of Social Affairs

18 new secretaries have been appointed to ministries by President Mahinda Rajapaksa. Former Government Agent to Jaffna District Emelda Sukumar appointed has the secretary to the Ministry of Social Affairs.
