Addressing Lankan diplomats at the Diyathalawa army camp Defence secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa stated during the last stage of war some of the military personals involved in the war crime allegation in the country. Earlier Defence Secretary stated none of the military personals involved in the war crime allegations reported in the country.

None of the military personals would be able to escape from the allegation. Military personals fails to obey the command of the Army commander and acted individually have committed these war crime allegations in the country.

All these military personals would be produce before the courts.

Lankan Army owns tough laws this regard. Investigations would be carried out against Army commanders and military personals violates the military law in the country.

Army commander and the Naval commander appointed special judiciary commission to hold investigations on war crime allegations which mentioned in the LLRC report.

Public have rights to give evidence before this trial at bar. Court martial would take legal action against the suspects.

However it’s unable to follow this policy in this country where the LTTE used people for their struggle.

It was revealed recent war crime evidence made Gotabaya Rajapaksa to make such statements in the country.
