Due to this driver of the three- wheeler fails to control the speed of the trishaw and collided with the vehicle of the parliamentarian.
Driver of the trishaw faced injuries in his legs and head rushed to the Jaffna Teaching hospital.
People at the area tried to attack the vehicle of the parliamentarian. However police officials arrive the area took measures to control the situation.
