| Illegal migrants to Japan are gradually decreasing |

 Japanese Justice Ministry in its report had stated, illegal persons living in Japan from Sri Lanka including foreigners have been reduced from past years compared to this year. The figures have been reduced by 18 percent from last year. |
According to information the quantity of illegal persons living in Japan has been reduced by 91778 persons from Sri Lanka including other countries from this year January but the figures were 193754 during the year 2006.
On this context, Japanese government has introduced many law procedures in regard to illegal migrants and political asylum seekers , hence this procedure came into effect will resulted the decrease of illegal migrants is according to sources. |
